On April 13, 2010, Wyoming native and long time Laramie County resident, Wendy J. Soto, will announce her candidacy for Clerk of the District Court. Wendy currently serves as the Executive Secretary for the State Board of Equalization where she works alongside the Board members to oversee administrative appeals for the State of Wyoming.
